New Voting Style

Right Bump is now using a new voting style. Instead of the vote up and down type voting, we now have a single vote up style. Also, updates have been made to the requirements to be included on the front page. With the old system, 1 vote would be required to be promoted to the front page, we now require 1 vote, but after 4 days, the voted items are removed from the front page. Eventually we will increase these requirements as use increases.
